Special Permit for the Use of Subsoil No. 2872 dated 17.12.2002 was granted by PJSC “Omelyanivsky Granite Quarry” for the extraction of unaltered granite, suitable for the manufacture of blocks and the production of cladding products from them, disturbed by the weathering of granites and waste from the manufacture of granites construction and stone rubble and valid until 12/15/2036.

The deposit is located 55 km north-west of Korosten, Zhytomyr region, on the southern outskirts of the village Omelyanivka.

The deposit is located in Korosten district of Zhytomyr region, 0.5 km south of the railway station Omelyanivka of the southwestern railway of Ukraine, Korosten – Novograd-Volynskyi highway

Granite is pink and red, coarse-grained, porphyriform with a homogeneous pattern without veins and inclusions. The granite is well polished.

Total = 2,874 thousand m³, including category Proved – 1,373 thousand m³, Probable – 1,130 thousand m³, Measured Mineral Resources – 371 thousand m³. Also Indicated Mineral Resources – 993 thousand m³.
